Months ago I was testing items and moves and stuff for my Star Trek sims and I decided to try and get Kirk and Spock to fight like in Amok Time, so I took them out of the fight cloud to see what would happen. um, no. dean will always choose sam over cas. and i say that as a destiel fan. but forget shipping. they’re winchesters. family > everyone else, no matter how important/close.

I’m just loving how even Dean/Cas fans don’t agree with this. You can’t just ignore the first three seasons in which it quite clearly shows that Dean has a pathological need to put Sam first. It’s his entire identity, what he was told to do ever since the night his father put Sam in his arms and told him to take him away from danger. Ship however you like, but when you sell your fucking soul to get your brother back, you sort of put them above everyone, even yourself.
