In case you missed it
and the last couple of asks confused you, I’ve made a gif blog which now has a lot of posts and, after the first major spam or two in which I post all the gifs I have on hand, I’ll reguarly update whenever I save at least ten ‘new’ ones.
I also shall stop being lazy and put a link on my main blog soon. :)

All Dean has ever done, post-Apocalypse, is treat Castiel like his very own celestial manservant - a fact brought into sharp relief by Balthazar's own sarcasm when Sam and Dean call upon him, like, twice ('Do I look like a manservant to you?'). Imagine this - an ARCHANGEL - which is what Castiel is (or was, before he became God, Jesus) - becoming a mere human being's manservant. That's how everyone thinks Dean's been treating Cas - but Dean doesn't realize it, because, to him, love means giving endlessly, the way he's always given to his family. What he doesn't understand is that Castiel hasn't had that kind of family; to him, being asked over only to do things isn't any different to having the sort of price-tag placed around his heart that his father (God 1.0) had placed around it. Love for a price; affection for work. You have to earn your keep, boy. (Which is what this scene is about, literally, when Dean's talking about how he can't trust Castiel anymore, and Castiel says he can - that Dean should trust him. Why? "I've earned it." How? "I've done everything you've ever asked of me." Oh, Castiel.)
Dude, I like this because it doesn’t entirely blame Dean. I mean, you look at Sam and Dean and you see how Dean views family. You never talk about your feelings unless you absolutely have to—the other will just know, but unlike Sam who has grown up with Dean and loved him since before he knew his own name and John who raised them that way, Castiel doesn’t intrinsically know how Winchesters show affection until it’s too late, because the Winchesters show affection when all hell breaks loose (title pun intended) and when the other person shows doubt, and by then it was too late with Castiel.
New blog!
I made a new blog called bigmamagifs and it consists of nothing but my personal gifs, each post a block of ten gifs. I’ll eventually get them all up and add new ones whenever I get a new batch.
I pretty much made it for my own purposes because I like to use gifs on posts where you can’t upload a photo and can only use a tumblr url, so I figured I may as well have my own resource when that happens and all my gifs are in one place, tagged to my liking.
You can follow all you want, invite others, even submit if you find good gifs you want me to post. :)

I do indeed follow you! I didn’t know if you were a wincest fan or just a supernatural fan in general so far. I think I have all flavors of Supernatural ships but wincest seems to be a rare choice for people who are also into Star Trek, I don’t know why.

Aw man really? I loved him even when we didn’t know he’d be anything but that asshole FBI agent during season 2. I think it’s because he was actually good at his job and he alone managed to scare the boys, which is amazing when you know what they hunt day to day. And it doesn’t hurt that he was always in good episodes.

Oh man, you wouldn’t believe the raunchy humor the censors let kid shows get away with back then. Youtube Ren & Stimpy, Rocko’s Modern Life, and Animaniacs, it’s amazing.
I saw that you held no specific love for RDJ and that reminded me of his movie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang because as much as I loved him in Sherlock that was the movie that I hold dearest to me in his collection. Plus I love nearly everyone in that movie, especially Val Kilmer. So yeah, I was wondering if you'd seen it? Also I'll leave a fandom behind as well... Supernatural. I know you like Wincest, but what's your favorite obscure pairing?
I’ve never seen that movie, that’s true, but I did indeed love him as Sherlock and as Tony Stark. I like the characters he plays and there’s no doubt he’s a good actor, but I don’t find him attractive nor do I care about his personal life, so I guess that’s where I confused people. :) I will have to watch Kiss Kiss Bang Bang anyway.
All right: Favorite obscure pairing? Well at first it was Bobby/Ellen but that’s mainstream now, but I shipping that years ago and being all avant-garde and shit. I also love Dean/Agent Henriksen because of that one scene in Jus in Bello when Victor was talking about his life and how it sounded as bleak as Dean’s.

I saw Monster at the End of the Book again and at first I thought I was ready to re-watch season 4 for the first time because I remembered that Castiel used to be written flawlessly (“I can’t help you Dean, but oh lalala, you COULD get Chuck’s arch angel to blast Lilith away, but I’m totally NOT helping you *wink* *wink* *WINK*”)
But also in the same episode I remembered that Sam was not written well that season and that’s why I almost quit the show. Also I can’t stomach blood drinking and demon sex again.

I was looking for Supernatural and found it because even though I have the first two seasons on dvd, I am lazy and today they are at my sister’s house. I think I’m pretty good with tv shows for the moment but I shall keep you in mind when I feel like adventuring.
